The Glengarry Highland Games hosts a variety of vendors including Scottish food, Celtic jewelry, giftware, ironworks, clothing and history. Find out more about your Scottish heritage at the Games.

Interested in Becoming a Concession/Vendor?

We are welcoming requests from all food concessions and retail vendors that specialize in Celtic products, wears and swag to participate in the 2025 Glengarry Highland Games. Please note that preference will be given to past concessions/vendors in good standing therefore there is no guarantee that we have available space for 2025.

Please email all requests to Joanne Haley, Director of Concessions at joanne@glengarryhighlandgames.com.  All requests shall include photographs and details of your required setup including but not limited to, size of required concession/vendor space, length of food truck if applicable, electrical needs, grey water disposal, parking etc.  All requests will be reviewed and approved by the Concessions Committee.

For approved concessions/vendor we request you to provide payment in full for your space by the deadline specified in your contract or we will not guarantee your space for 2025 or future contracts. All payments must be made through Square payment software or through e transfer as specified in your contract.

Vendor location assignment is at the sole discretion of the Director of Concessions. For past vendors/concessions, your previous locations will be considered but will not be guaranteed; thank you in advance for your understanding,

The Glengarry Highland Games will be held in accordance with applicable local public health guidelines at of the time of the event.

Approved Concession/Vendor Requirements

All approved concessions and vendors must provide the following documents:

  • A Certificate of Liability Insurance with a minimum liability of $2,000,000.00 naming the Kenyon Agricultural Society as additional insured

  • All Food concessions/vendors must have approval from the Eastern Ontario Health Unit prior to being able to open and sell any products.  Please submit the Special Events- Temporary Food Vendors Notification Form by June 30, 2025 by following the link below: https://eohu.ca/files/resources/10814-fs-19e.pdf

  • If payment is not received along with the supporting documentation by the date specified in the contract, the Concessions Director reserves the right to revoke your request.

Approved Concession/Vendor Information

Check in times:

Thursday July 31, 2025, from 8:00am to 6:00pm (checking in after 6pm requires special permission and there is no guarantee this will be granted).

Friday August 1, 2025, from 8:00am to 9:00pm (Retail vendors may wish to close earlier as many members of the public attend the Tattoo by 6pm and Food vendors may wish to stay open until the bars/beer tent closes at 2:00am).

Check out times:

Sunday August 3, 2025 by 5:00pm (Retail vendors may be able to check out on Saturday evening once the closing ceremony is completed but only if this can be done safely and with limited vehicle use on the grounds due to the amount of public who are still walking and enjoying the finale of the games.

  • Entrance to the Highland Games Grounds may be permitted prior to Thursday July 31, 2025 with permission from the Director of Concessions.

  • All concessions/vendors must be set up by 9:00am on Friday August 1, 2025.

  • The EOHU will be onsite on Friday August 1, 2025 at 8:30am for inspection of all food concessions/vendors.

  • There is no guarantee that you will have vehicle access to the site outside of check in and check out times as listed above.

  • There is no guarantee that you will be able to park your vehicle at your space, all parking must be approved by the Director of Concessions. For past concessions/vendors, please discuss vehicle parking with the Director of Concessions prior to check in.

For vendors who intend to use serviced sites or non-serviced sites in the on-site camping, you are responsible to make your own reservations and arrangements. Please see our Accommodations page for further information.
