Registration: Online only. The deadline for registration is Sunday, July 28, 2024 at noon. Children must be registered online to participate. Walk-ups will not be accepted. Maximum capacity is 120 children.
Competition: 9:00am - 11:00am

Highland attire is encouraged and parental supervision is requested.

Registration will open later this year.

Children’s Track Events

Track events are open to all ages, boys and girls.

Races are 60m, 200m, 400m and 800m.

Wee Bairns Play Area

Located behind the Metcalfe Center in the southeast corner of the property

The Glengarry Highland Games is pleased to have a designated children's play area for Wee Bairns.

This has become very popular over the last few years. It is fun for any age group, although mostly enjoyed by toddlers to age 12, but many teenagers, parents and grandparents frequent the area for entertainment.

Parents, guardians, and caregivers must accompany their children and cannot leave them in the play area alone.

A large, tented area provides shade with a bathroom and wash station on site.

We have increased the entertainment this year.

Main site is open 9:00am to 4:00pm

Friday and Saturday

• The fantastic face painters are available 11:00am to 4:00pm both days

• Petting farm 9:00am to 4:00pm.

• New this year pony rides for a small fee

• Play Connect Four on a giant inflatable with a friend or solo

• In the tent, enjoy sand box play (soybeans). Toys are provided to play in this area

• Also in the tent are other wooden games to play

• Children can sit and colour Scottish pictures in the tent

• Enjoy popcorn for a small fee

Saturday Only - 12:00pm - 3:00pm
